Position Locator

Position Locator palette is displayed for 3D Walk & 3D Fly

1. Position indicator: Click and drag to rotate the position around the target
2. Target indicator: Click and drag to adjust target
3. Preview Window: Shows objects in your drawing
4. Properties: Adjust the properties of the Position Locator and the preview window
